Warm-up – 5 min

Station 1: 4 supersets

Deep Goblet Squats – 15 reps
Alternating Knee Tucks on Bosu – 15 reps/side

Station 2: 4 supersets

Weighted Step Ups – 15 reps/side
Bosu Crunches – 15 reps

Station 3: 4 supersets

Weighted Hip Raises – 15 reps
V-Sits on Bosu – 15 reps

Finish with 20 min of stepmill
