HIIT Leg Workout

Verda HIIT Legs

 

This lower body workout is great for creating toned, lean muscle while burning fat.

Perform the exercises in each tri-set group (1, 2, then 3) back to back for the outlined reps/time and sets. Once you have finished one group, move onto the next.
Equipment Needed: free weights, stability ball and exercise mat.

Superset One: 3 Sets
1. Walking Lunges: 15 reps
2. Sumo Squats: 15 reps
3. Kettle Bell Swings (use a dumbbell): 1 min

Superset Two: 3 Sets
1. Goblet Squats: 15 reps
2. Weighted Hip Raises: 15 reps
3. Pop Squats: 1 min

Superset Three: 3 Sets
1. Deadlifts: 10 reps/side
2. Ball Hamstrings Curls: 15 reps
3. Jump Squats: 1 min
