Tabata Circuit


Perform the following exercises for 20 sec, resting 10 sec in between each exercise. Repeat circuit for a total of 2 circuits.
1. Pop Squats
2. Burpees
3. Jump Lunges
4. Mountain Climbers
5. Kettle Bell Swings

Tired of boring steady state cardio? Tabata is a short but sweet cardio circuit that is excellent for fat burning. Perform it before your next strength-training workout to help increase your metabolic rate and to bust fat in those trouble areas.
