Amazing Arms Workout

Workout Time: 35 min

Warm-up: 10 min HIIT cardio sprints – 30 sec high/30 sec low

Station 1: 5 min*
1) Incline Bicep Curls – 10 reps
2) Overhead Triceps Extensions – 10 reps

Station 2: 5 min
1) Bicep Barbell Curls – 10 reps
2) Triceps Rope Pushdowns – 10 reps

Station 3: 5 min
1) Bicep Hammer Curls – 10 reps
2) Reverse-Grip Triceps Pushdowns – 10 reps

Finish with 10 min HIIT cardio sprints – 30 sec high/30 sec low

*Perform the exercises in each station back-to-back for 5 min. The goal is to fit in as many supersets as you can in the time frame provided while maintaining form.
