-1 1/2 cups ground almonds
-1/4 cup lemon juice
-1/2 cup water
-3 tbsp olive oil
-2 cloves garlic (minced)
-1 1/4 tsp salt.
1. Blend ingredients in food processor or blender.
2. Roll into a ball and place in tea towel or 3 layers of cheese cloth and drain in fridge into a small dish overnight.
3. Spray a small baking dish with coconut oil spray.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 min. Cool in dish. Garnish with ground almonds.
