Cauliflower “Popcorn”


Enjoy this healthy guilt-less Cauliflower “Popcorn” recipe on your favourite movie night!

– 1 large head of cauliflower cut into chunks
– 1/4-1/2 teaspoon Himalayan Salt
– 1/4-1/2 teaspoon chili powder
– 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
– 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1. Preheat over to 425 degrees
2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Toss cauliflower with melted coconut oil and spices
4. Place cauliflower on baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 1 hour turning here and there to brown evenly
5. Serve and enjoy!
