– 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
– 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
– 1 scoop of Verda Plant Based Superfood in Chocolate Truffle
– 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
– 1/2 banana
– 1/2 cup of Cashew Granola (see parfait recipe).
Mix all ingredients together (except banana and granola) in a blender and blend until smooth and thick. Pour mixture in a bowl and garnish with banana and granola.
