Smoked Tofu and Avocado Cucumber Bites


Serves 1

– ½ block of smoked tofu, sliced
– Cucumber slices
– ½ avocado
– ¼ tsp garlic powder
– Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
– Sea salt and pepper to taste

Mash avocado and mix with garlic powder, a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes, and sea salt and pepper. Spread evenly on cucumber slices. Top with slices of smoked tofu. A perfect balance of plant-based protein and healthy fats!
