Gluten-Free No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:
– 1 cup gluten-free oats
– ¼ cup organic cacao powder
– ¼ cup shredded coconut
– ½ cup natural peanut butter
– ¼ cup raw, organic honey (vegans may use agave syrup)

Directions:
1. Stir together dry ingredients
2. Mix in wet ingredients and blend well
3. Use a cookie scoop or a spoon to form into balls
4. Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes or until desired
